romantic brushstrokes

When looking at the drawings from other psychics, I often see blurry brushstrokes, kindof romantic looking, kind of how they teach painting in creativity class. And they always have some angelic looking, soft, smiling, HUGE beings in the background. With feathers maybe. I never liked the cheesy impression of that.

Just now I was thinking of this, in connection with page views. This brought up the topic of doing commercial readings, readings for money. There’s a complete different aspect to it, which is “pleasing”. A salesman has to please the customer. I figure that in a commercial setup, commercial reading that’s the same. I figure a customer expects a big, angelic being in the background, someone who is in charge, someone who is protecting, caring, nurturing.

I guess commercial readings are totally different to real readings. BUT, they can be good to, after all it is the consumer experience that counts for the consumer. That also reminds me of the book “Conversations with god”. It’s just jam packed with phrases that touch and all these little stories that affect. Perfect customer experience. Plus it sells. Pretty cool (for Douglas Welsh).

On the other hand there’s always been a discussion “real art” against “commercial art” because some of the real art just doesn’t sell, escpecially in music. However, I’ve never been to devoted in following this discussion. But in general I guess that if you want to sell something it has to be commercial, at least a little bit.

But what is commercial?

And is that a good thing?
